Eng. Orfan Aboulshamat (M.A.Sc., EMBA, Syrian-Canadian P.Eng) began his career as an electrical engineer after graduating from Damascus University in 1995. He holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Quebec (Canada) and an EMBA from HIBA (Syria).

He has been the founder and CEO of Neotech Solutions since early 2005. The company specializes in technical and IT solutions and is today well established in the Syrian market as a provider of IT and telecom solutions.

Through continuous investment in research and technology transfer, Neotech Solutions delivers IT solutions backed by engineering expertise that meet international standards. The company designs, procures and builds tailored, quality-focused solutions, including data centers and networks, telecom, industrial automation, power systems, software applications, AI and cybersecurity.
