Government excellence initiative
SYCAB was among the first organisations to resume activities after the liberation phase, reaffirming its commitment to institutional recovery and capacity building.
In coordination with the Ministry of Administrative Development, the Association signed a Memorandum of Understanding to launch the Government Excellence Initiative — transferring expertise, knowledge and modern public administration practices from leading Canadian trainers.
The initiative is a practical step toward establishing the first specialised government training team dedicated to institutional excellence and stronger public-sector performance, in line with international best practice.
